This includes the design of new bridges, bridge replacements and rehabilitations, retaining walls, soundwalls, flood walls, water reservoirs, pump station housings, and other structures.

Construction Management

Our construction management team is focused on providing high quality oversight of capital infrastructure projects for local agencies. Our team is experienced with construction projects ranging from utility installation, roadway improvements and widening, and structure construction.


Our land surveying division is one of California’s most well-respected surveying service providers. We provide large and small landnet surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, project control surveys, topographic design surveys, right of way engineering and survey support services, utility mapping, and construction staking. Our survey staff can provide legal descriptions, appraisal mapping, Resolution of Necessity drawings and Right of Way Record mapping. We also provide Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) and mobile terrestrial laser (LiDAR) scanning.
